Comment Calculer
3 Méthodes

Tracking ovulation is the single most important step if you are trying to conceive. Here is a breakdown of the three most popular calculation methods.

Méthode 1: Calendrier

Le plus simple.

  • Étape 1: Noter les règles.
  • Étape 2: Moyenne.
  • Étape 3: Soustraire 14.
Équation: Ovulation = Cycle - 14

Méthode 2: Température

Your body temperature at rest rises slightly (about 0.5 - 1 degree Fahrenheit) after you ovulate due to progesterone.

  • Thermomètre basal.
  • Chaque matin.
  • Hausse de température.

Méthode 3: Tests (OPK)

These test strips detect the Luteinizing Hormone (LH) surge in your urine, which happens 24-48 hours before physiological ovulation.

When the test line is as dark as the control line, ovulation is imminent. This is the "Gold Standard" for home tracking.
