Editorial Policy
Purpose
Our goal is to make cycle timing easier to understand. We write for readers who want practical estimates, plain-language explanations, and reminders about when calculator results are not enough.
Content Standards
- We explain assumptions behind calculator results instead of presenting estimates as guarantees.
- We use cautious wording for pregnancy, fertility, contraception, and health claims.
- We separate educational information from personal medical advice.
- We avoid asking visitors to create accounts or store personal cycle histories.
Calculator Review
Calculator logic is reviewed for consistency with the formulas described on the page. When a calculator has natural limits, such as irregular cycles or cycle changes caused by illness or stress, those limits are explained near the result or in supporting content.
Corrections
If a visitor reports unclear wording, a typo, or a calculation issue, we review the page and update it when the change improves accuracy, clarity, or safety. Corrections can be sent to support@ovucal.com.
Medical Boundaries
Ovucal is not a healthcare provider. Visitors should contact a qualified clinician for personal medical concerns, unusual symptoms, pregnancy complications, contraception decisions, infertility evaluation, or urgent care.
